Called to get help with medical issues and was screamed at and told to never call back, great support "fellow" vet. Sounds like a Liberal run outfit, if don't speak our way, go away. You owe a debt to Vets to help get care, I mentioned I was approved for cannabis and was immediately ignored and hung up on. He went "5th grade Bully" on me and said my name, Rude, was fitting and I was an asshole. NICE support to a stressed out Vet dying at home from Renal failure. I have a new goal if I live, to shut this phony organization down and for them to stop the charade of helping Vets, they don't. Whom ever answered the phone has NO business helping stray dogs get put to sleep let alone help out vets. Incapable and unfeeling, screw him and all like him. Defamatory statements against the law? Check out the Constitution and the 1st Amendment, it trumps your bully bullshit. I've been to your office when this episode started, you were of no help then either, useless.
