first off I disagree with the first rating. they have multiple different options if you can not make it to your allotted appointment. they only need 24 hour notice to reschedule. I have had to go through the program. and the rules are set in place across the board. I have got to meet with carol. and she is family oriented and very understanding. the program was flawless for me and the only advice I would give you is listen to what you have to do and just do it. I have had the pleasure of working with chase he is awesome and I would recommend him. keep up the good work carol!!!

Carol who owns this organization, doesnt actually talk to or know any of the clients. Yet she gets the one and only deciding vote on what happens. If you miss an appointment for a legitimate reason, and even provide physical legal proof that your telling the truth, she still will not excuse that missed appointment. And you will either have to come in for a walk in, which entails you being there at 10am and waiting until 1pm to see if anyone cancels. If they dont, than they will reschedule you to come BACK in on your scheduled appointment day. Instead of just seeing you while you're there. Or they will no longer see you as a client. And the classes are only once a week and go for 12 weeks. If you miss two you have to start over. Even if your so broke that youre homeless and it was youre tenth class. Which is 2 1/2 months worth of time gas and effort down the drain. If you cant afford to drive there its unexcusable. Merit is there to help, but doesnt care to help. For counselors, (carol atleast) they sure dont try to understand youre situation. At all. Reggie is awesome and should be the new owner. Hand it over carol, youre doing a terrible job.

Unhelpful and rude staff. These facilitators deserve better representation. And a new owner. But the classes themselves are beneficial and perhaps should be shared with staff.
