I volunteer every Wednesday morning with other AMSA students, and honestly this is one of the most impactful non-profit organizations. We pack over 700 bags filled with various and numerous brand named food items that will feed children for the entire weekend. Although we do not able to directly give what we have made to these children knowing the fact that we have made their lives better for them so they can go on living is satisfactory. I am willing to wake up every morning at 6:30AM to Pack Bags for these children who are in need. It's not something I have to do, but something I want to do. I could be sleeping in and waking up 15 minutes before my 11AM class but I am not. Because I believe in what this organization has to offer, and in the long run the impact will be bountiful.
