A gentleman called me as a 30 minute pre call and never showed up! What was the point of calling me and never showing up? Their mailbox is full so you can not leave a voicemail. I am relocating and was depending on this free service to remove my furniture I could give away to charity, I just think it is very unprofessional. I will never recommend this company, hopefully they are not lying to families that are truly in need of help that would be the ultimate low.
