Tried to get funds for my child but was accused of deception and fraud instead. They never respond to your emails or phone calls and instead of describing the steps you need to do in order to get help with bills. I have all emails to prove this. The last correspondnce included the following quote "....it makes me question your motives." And "I cannot trust your sincerity..." These statements are both hurtful and deflamatory to me. I sent a letter in response in Nnovember 2015 and as of January 13, 2016, has not received a response eventhough I sent in copies of bills as requested. Original application was 11/05/14 and my first answer was 03/02/15. Had a prompt response been given describing policy and procedures, then all the rest of the issues would never had occured. I'm sure this organization has helped people before but my experience has been anything but pleasant.
