As a past resident I can assure you that for whatever good these folks use to provide their residents and community at its inception, they have strayed from there objects of assistance of transition for offenders back to the community. They push criminals out the door before there prison sentence is up, job or no job. You may not leave to visit your family unless it is your release address. No social passes are allowed. They charge 25% of a residents gross income for services and support that are provided inconsistently and by staff that show up when they feel like it. Please look up nwrrcs' nonprofit Income statement on the internet. You will find that it has double it's budget and staff in the past 4 yrs. Yet has the same amount of residents to supervise. Also, they are by far the most profitable "nonprofit" in the state by nearly twice the income of its counter parts. It is a shame what they are doing to the folks coming through its doors and what they are costing you tax payers. A blight to the community is an understatement.
