They kill half the animals brought in, quoted by the owner Jackie Alleman. They don't exercise the animals because they don't have time, quoted by owner Jackie Alleman. This place is not a NO KILL SHELTER!!!!!! I would like to see them shut down with a new shelter brought into hermiston that will include the community in there mission to save animals!!!!!!!
