Cat utopiary does wonderful work. Anytime you adopt from any shelters you risk ring worm. This is very common and many shelters still put there cats up for adoption. It's an easy cure fungal infection. You can get antifungal cream at the store.
When I adopt my 3 month old kitten from them he had a bacterial respiratory infection, and cat utopia told us about the day we adopted. Cat utopia provided all the medication, and when the first medication didn't work they gave us a diffrent medication. If the 2nd medication didn't work cat utopia was going to pay for the vet care if he didn't get better. I don't know the circumstances for the previous comment, but Cat utopia paid for the medication until he was better. I paid for a tube of fungal creme at the store for $ 3.00. I understand frustration of ringworm but it's a common for shelter cat. Cat utopia is amazing and the volunteer care. We are adopting another kitten from them.

You do wonderful work, but you might want to disclose the fact that some or all of the cats/kittens at a chosen adoption have
1. ringworm..this is of huge concern since I have other animals at home and they are healthy and without parasites and fungus.
2. respiratory infection
Also, the little peanut that I adopted from you has a bacterial infection in her ears and also her spay incision is infected. I had to spend an additional 250.00 the day after I adopted her.
It might be a good idea to try to make sure they are in a little bit better health before putting them up for adoption.
