I became a tenant in March 2014. Everyone i've encountered at Brighton Towers, from office staff to maintenance every interaction has been very professional. I am disabled due to cancer and physically and financially being on a fixed income, Brighton Towers has lifted a burden off my shoulders. I was also able to keep my dog. Security is awesome, as i was a victim of domestic violence and i feel so secure knowing the doors are lock and guards are making rounds on each floor. My sons also feel this is so much better for me not to have to struggle. The amenities are very welcoming. I actually feel very at home here. We are getting new kitchens and that in it's self, gives you a proud feeling to know that Syracuses Seniors are being taken care of and still able to afford our living expenses.

I recently became a tenant. So far I am pleased with my experience. I have struggled financially for five years and believe that this move to Brighton Towers will be beneficial to my financial health.
Also, I feel very safe in this environment. I was always worried about my last residence being burglarized. Or that I would be physically harmed. This building gives me the security I was looking for.
The building is kept in wonderful condition. I'm pleased that we are getting renovated kitchens with new appliances and floors.
I look forward to a satisfying life here at Brighton Towers for many years to come.
