Appears that Org is no longer tax exempt due to failure to file 990s since 2009, 6 years ago. Also, no active Board Of Directors, which in direct violation of NYS Not for Profit statutes. Other serious financial irregularities call into doubt whether org is operating legally. This information was gathered from Guidestar. This organization is and has been improperly set-up and administered to during its entire lifetime, especially the financials, but also with regard to the intake and care of the animals.
