If I could give this place 0 stars I would the only good thing they have right now is the new director and the cook other wise the other employee yells at the kids sticks them in time out of the littlest things multiple parents pulled there kids out of this daycare when the old director opened her own daycare this daycare I have worked there multiple times and have quit each time bc the board higher anyone they have had one bad employee after another they don’t do anything we they have a bad employee they just keep them bc no one wants to work there bc of the drama. Once my son was born and I went back to work at the daycare when he was 10 months old they cut my hours bc they lost all their kids so to be nice and help them out I sent my son every other Tuesday to every week on Tuesday I changed my days to Tuesdays bc I Hurd the employee that was mean to the kids was working alone on mondays and last time my son was there with that person I got multiple calls about my son falling or b eing told if he wasn’t going to take a nap I had to get him from daycare and he had dry poop on his bottom and diaper rash so bad staff are constantly on their phones and don’t great parents when we pick up or drop off. And for them to use all my pull ups on other kids. And then when the new director started they changed policy and said that if u don’t come on a regular basis they would charge 42$ for a drop in rate even thought I told them month in advance for the days I got charged 42$ then I texted board members about my bill and didn’t hear anything back till I told them that my son would no longer be attending this daycare and we’ll be attending the daycare the old director started. They are unorganized and let there staff treat the parents poorly. I we’ll never recommend this daycare to any of my parent friends
