The name on this trust is incorrect...The legal name as corrected and filed with the IRS upon it's inception and corrected in 2016 is The James P. Manning trust Ua 02-23-96 Fbo, Laurie Donnelly. An accountant accidentally substituted the trustee name as the Fbo.

Additionally this is not a charity but a charitable remainder trust with specific guidelines for it's distribution.
