The administration has made this organization very difficult to deal with. The contracts are nonbinding on the organizations end, and very deceptive putting adoptive parents in a catch .22 with their regular vets and the adopted dogs vet. HCBR seems to care less about the health and happiness of the hounds and more about collecting fees and avoiding obligations stated in the "Adoption Contract"
