Evangelistic Outreach Ministries, International (EOM International or EOM Intl) was founded and organized in Radcliffe, Kentucky, June 1991 as Evangelistic Outreach Center, Inc. and later was relocated to Colorado Springs ,Colorado on May 6, 2003 the headquarters was established Penrose Colorado in January 1, 2011. In 2011 the organization name was changed to Evangelistic Outreach Ministries International, Inc. to enhance the organization's abilities to achieve its Vision well into the future as an international and global organization. In December 2014 the headquarters was relocated to MacClenny Florida and in the near further move to Jacksonville Florida along with CEO, Chief Apostle, and Founder Lawrence C. Dunbar. As 2015 the EOM Intl is currently established and operating with ministries in Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina, Bahamas, Hattie, Maryland, Virginia, with the intent to continue its missions around the world as they grow in God’s grace. We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, which is stated in the records of the IRS, dated June 11, 1991. Our tax Id number (EIN) will only be release to individuals, organizations, and agencies desiring to support our ministries. Our organization is unique serving as an umbrella for other ministries as long as they are willing to recognize themselves as a member of EOM Intl and follow its established leadership, constitutions, and bylaws.
