This is by far the worst children's program I have ever encountered. It is unprofessional, unorganized, and unsuitable for children. Practices are unannounced and canceled without notice. Any complaints made to the people running the program are rebuttaled with excuses and rudeness. All checks are made payable directly to Darryl Williams' personal account so I cannot even use any money given as a tax write off. I assume they take all the money and place it in their acct and then write checks from their acct to the program so that they get the tax write off instead of the people actually paying the money.

The language used by the parents of the team members is horrible, offensive, and has no place in a youth program. The organization lacks players and my five year old son was placed on a team with seven and eight year olds. Which meant he never played. Three games he never even stepped onto the field. The other games he played for exactly two plays.

The equipment is old and falling apart. Their communication with parents is the worst. Last minute posts on Facebook is the way they notify parents about times and locations. If you don't check Facebook its your fault. Some posts were made after midnight for events occurring the next morning. They schedule times to show up and the coaches are always 30-45 minutes late with no apologies.

I can complain all day about this horrible program but I just hope one person will read this and save themselves the time, money and headache of getting involved with the knight Hawks youth program. The only semi positive to this organization is the wife of Daryll Williams, she's not perfect but she tries.

This program should really be cancelled.
