The HALOS Elite Summer Program was misrepresented. It was not at a church location, but instead at the daycare. I didn't learn of this until AFTER I paid the full fee, and then told that it was non-refundable. All of the children were crowded into one room (of all ages). Also, there is no curriculum as stated, and unfortunately many other unmentionables. The owner and staff are extremely unprofessional, and should not be in childcare!
