I hope this message finds you in good health and spirits. Summer is quickly approaching, and we are so excited for all the great things on the horizon.
For the past three years every youth that completed their YouthWorks application has been offered a summer work opportunity. We strive to continue this streak, but we need your help! The program has extended its program.
Unfortunately, some worksites had to withdraw their application and are no longer able to host youth. There are about 1,200 youth that do not have a summer work assignment.
We sincerely appreciate every worksite that was able to take on additional youth however there are still youth without a summer work assignment, we are asking for your assistance with expanding our reach. If you know of any organizations or businesses in the city that can host or sponsor youth from July 8 – August 9 (5 weeks).
